Discover the Adolf Munkel Trail, a fascinating hiking route along the northern base of the Geisler/Odle Group in Val di Funes, South Tyrol, also known as the Odle Trail. Prepare yourself for an extraordinary adventure: the Adolf Munkel Trail winds its way through picturesque forests and alpine meadows, plunging into a realm of impressive beauty, where the jagged peaks of the Odle/Geisler rise into the sky like blades. In addition to paying homage to the majestic Geisler Group, this hike also offers the opportunity to embrace the rich alpine culture of the Dolomites. Along the way, you will come across inviting places where you can enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks and merriment. Hiking and explore Funes valley
Start from the convenient car park at Zanser Alm/Malga Zannes (1,685 m). Start walking along hiking trail no. 6 toward Tschantschenon/Ciancenon as far as the bridge. At this point, turn right and let yourself be guided by the fascinating Adolf Munkel trail, also known as no. 35.
Follow it to the charming Broglesalm (2,045 m), where you can rest and recharge your batteries. From there, continue your adventure by following trail no. 28, which gently descends towards Ranui, revealing new wonders.
The programme is very flexible to take into account weather conditions, activities level and endurance of the group.

The difficulty is moderate, surely you must like walking! You will roughly cover 9.2 KM in 3-4 hours. The height difference you will find is minimal, around 400 metres.
