Camaiore, Italy
Get the most out of Mapo Tapo Tuscany performance climbing experience!
Camaiore is a hidden gem in the Tuscan hills: in its vicinity many limestone crags that offer various styles of climbing. There are countless routes of all grades (from 4a to 9a+) and incredible scenery and yes, from most of the crags you can see the sea! For strong climbers, the top crag is San Rocchino. Splendid and unforgiving: Adam Ondra had to return twice to complete the 9a+ Naturalmente. Camaiore is an ancient medieval town, just seven kilometres from the wide sandy beaches of Versilia. It is located in a lush valley, with the Apuan Alps behind it, which have peaks up to 2,000 metres high. A few dozen kilometres away, famous cities art cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence and natural beauties such as the Cinque Terre.
