What is the required equipment?
- Hiking skis with hiking bindings, seal skins + knives, sticks, and crampons. All are in excellent condition. We recommend freeride skis 100 mm, 105 mm at minimum skating (cause of deep powder) to make the most of the descents in all snow and the powder.
- Ski touring boots

Safety tip: Airbag backpacks are a plus in safety. In the event of an avalanche, the airbag bag allows you to stay on the surface of the avalanche and thus reduces the risk of burial. The Azimut Guides use this bag a lot. These bags contain compressed air cartridges; check with your company for air transport conditions.
- DVA (avalanche victim detector): If you have a DVA, a shovel and a probe, report it to us at your registration. If you don't have one, we'll lend you one for free.
- Padded ski cover for the plane.
- Highly recommended ski helmet
Is there a possibility to rent the equipments?
Sure! Azimut will take care of that; you just need to inform us at the moment of the bookings :)
