Why have you included an 'active' rest day?
3 full days of climbing in a row is a lot - especially if you're not really used to it! Instead, we decided to break the trip up into 2 full days of climbing and an 'active' rest day, which gives you the time to allow your skin to recover. That way, you can really push your limits during your climbing days and try some fun new sports during the 'rest' day.
