Among breathtaking limestone peaks, green meadows and top-quality mountain huts rise Tre Cime di Lavaredo, At only 40-minutes drive from the famous town of Cortina d’Ampezzo you will experience this unforgettable journey by walking on the 10 kilometers-long Tre Cime di Lavaredo loop. You'll see the iconic Cima Piccola, Cima Grande and Cima Ovest from unique perspectives. You will be accompanied along the entire route by a certified mountain guide. So what are you waiting for? DAY 1
Tre Cime di Lavaredo Loop
From the start of the route, an astonishing view of skyscraper-like rocky peaks awaits you. Immersed in the bewitching light of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, you arrive at Rifugio Locatelli for a break. Climb along the path at the base of the three towers, enjoying a wide view of the locality, meadows and valleys, before reaching the Forcella Col di Mezzo. Here you can take a break and perhaps treat yourself to a snack, or continue your journey and enter the dreamlike landscape of the Alpine region.
The programme is very flexible to take into account weather conditions, activities level and endurance of the group.

Hiking Skills
The 10.3-kilometre loop has 400 metres of ascent/descent with a nice mix of uphill and downhill sections to be done in 3-4 hours. There are no particularly tricky places and no special equipment is needed, so no particular minimum level is required for this hiking, you're just like to hike!
