USER TRAVEL DOCUMENT PURSUANT TO ART. 5 L. 1084/1977

The tour operator Mapo Tapo s.r.l. with registered office in 20129 - Milano (MI), viale Piceno 6 (P.IVA 11336700965), in person of its legal representative Mr. Daniele Calvo Pollino (CF CLVDNL92M18L219D) (hereinafter, Mapo Tapo) is responsible for the organisation of the trips identified and purchased on Mapo Tapo's Platform.
Mapo Tapo, pursuant to art. 50 of Legislative Decree 79/2011 (hereinafter, the Tourism Code) is responsible for the execution of the Experience, regardless of whether the service is provided by the seller himself, by his auxiliaries o officers when they act in the exercise of their functions or by third parties whose work they make use of, as the fulfilment of the obligations assumed must be assessed with regard to the diligence required for the exercise of the corresponding professional activity.
In addition, Mapo Tapo undertakes to communicate to the User the actual identity of all carriers and other subjects involved in the organisation and provision of the services related to the Experience as, from time to time, identified during the organisation phase of the Experience. In particular, Mapo Tapo undertakes to clearly communicate to the User the correct identity of the air carrier in accordance with art. 11 of reg. CE 2111/2005.
Art. 1 - Insurance policy, permits and authorizations
Art. 2 - Period of validity of the catalogue or of the non-catalog program
The Experiences offered on the Mapo Tapo Platform have a limited and / or seasonal duration which coincides with the period of availability of the organiser and the actual realisation of the Experience itself. For this reason, Mapo Tapo indicates on its Platform not only the duration of each Experience, but the seasonal period in which it will be possible to carry out the Experience.
The User is allowed to purchase an Experience through the Platform only and exclusively during the periods of availability indicated therein. In any case, the User has the right to communicate in advance to Mapo Tapo his intention to book an Experience, obtaining, where applicable, a price reduction as indicated, from time to time, on the Platform. It is understood that the Experience organisation service will take place only and exclusively in the seasonal period indicated on the Platform at the time of opening the Experience booking.
Should an Experience no longer be available, it will be promptly removed from the offer on the Platform. If the User has expressed his interest in booking an Experience, he will be informed of the removal of the Experience from the Platform and the consequent impossibility of proceeding with the booking in this sense.
Art. 3 - Price adjustment parameters and criteria
The Price of the Experience is determined with reference to what is indicated in the catalogue or out-of-catalogue program and any subsequent updates of the same catalogues or out-of-catalogue programs.
The Price of the Experience will be indicated in different currencies according to the User's choice; the reference Price is however that expressed in Euro. The amount can only be changed as a result of a subsequent change in:
For these changes, reference will be made to the exchange rate and the prices indicated on the Platform on the date of publication of the Experience program or on the date reported in any updates published on the website www.mapotapo.com.
In any case, in accordance with art. 11 of Law 1084/2011, the Price cannot be increased in the 20 days prior to departure and the revision cannot exceed 8% of the Price in its original amount.

In accordance with art. 11 of Law 1084/2011, if the modification of the total price exceeds 8%, the User will have the right to cancel the Experience and obtain a refund of all the sums already paid without, however, having the right to any indemnification by Mapo Tapo.
Art. 4 - Terms and conditions for the replacement of the traveller
The User can renounce to his Experience (hereinafter, the Transferring User) and request its replacement with another Mapo Tapo User (hereinafter, the Transferee User), under the following conditions:
The Transferring User and Transferee User are jointly liable for the payment of the balance of the Price.
It is understood that, in application of art. 944 of the Royal Decree 1942/327 (hereinafter, the Navigation Code), replacement will be possible only with the consent of the carrier.
