The tour operator Mapo Tapo s.r.l. with registered office in 20129 - Milano (MI), viale Piceno 6 (P.IVA 11336700965), represented by its legal representative Mr. Daniele Calvo Pollino (CF CLVDNL92M18L219D) (hereinafter, Mapo Tapo), is responsible for the organisation of trips identified and purchased on Mapo Tapo's platform.

Mapo Tapo, pursuant to Art. 50 of Legislative Decree 79/2011 (hereinafter, the Tourism Code), is responsible for the execution of the Experience, regardless of whether the service is provided by the seller, their auxiliaries or officers when acting in the exercise of their functions, or third parties utilized for the work. Obligations are assessed according to the diligence required for the exercise of the corresponding professional activity.

Mapo Tapo also undertakes to communicate to the User the actual identity of all carriers and other parties involved in organising and providing services related to the Experience. This includes the clear communication of the identity of the air carrier, as required by Art. 11 of Reg. CE 2111/2005.

Art. 2 - Period of Validity of the Catalogue or Non-Catalogue Program

Experiences offered on the Mapo Tapo Platform have a limited and/or seasonal duration, coinciding with the period of availability of the organiser and the actual realisation of the Experience.

Mapo Tapo indicates both the duration and seasonal period of availability for each Experience on its Platform.
Users may only purchase Experiences during the indicated availability periods.
Users can express intent to book Experiences in advance, potentially receiving a price reduction as noted on the Platform.

If an Experience becomes unavailable, it will be promptly removed from the Platform. Interested Users will be notified of its removal and the consequent inability to proceed with the booking.

Art. 3 - Price Adjustment Parameters and Criteria

The Price of the Experience is determined by the catalogue or out-of-catalogue program, along with any updates published on the Platform.

The Price will be displayed in various currencies for User convenience, but the reference currency is Euro (€).
Adjustments to the Price are permitted only due to changes in:
Transportation costs, including fuel costs.
Duties and taxes related to air transport, landing, disembarkation, or embarkation fees.
Exchange rates applicable to the Experience.

Changes will reference the exchange rate and prices published at the time of the Experience program's release or its updates.

Conditions for Price Increases

Cannot occur within 20 days prior to departure.
Cannot exceed 8% of the original Price.

Price Components

Registration or file management fees.
Participation fees as per catalogue or package quote.
Costs of insurance policies (cancellation, medical, or requested services).
Visa, entry, or exit fees.

If the Price increases by more than 8%, the User has the right to:

Cancel the Experience.
Receive a refund of all paid amounts. This does not entitle the User to indemnification by Mapo Tapo.

Art. 4 - Terms and Conditions for Traveller Replacement

A User (hereinafter, the Transferring User) may transfer their Experience to another User (hereinafter, the Transferee User), provided the following conditions are met:

The organiser is informed in writing at least 4 (four) working days before departure, including reasons for the transfer and details of the Transferee User.
The Transferee User meets all requirements for the Experience (e.g., passport, visas, health certificates).
The same or equivalent services can be provided after the transfer.
The Transferring User reimburses the organiser for any additional expenses incurred for the replacement (quantified prior to the transfer).

Both the Transferring User and Transferee User are jointly liable for the balance of the Price. Replacement is subject to the carrier's consent, as per Art. 944 of the Royal Decree 1942/327 (Navigation Code).
