5 days in Arico, Tenerife spent exploring some of the area's best climbing crags and developing your rock climbing skills.
VIEW DATESTenerife is the biggest of Spain's Canary Islands and it boasts the best rock climbing! The hundreds of sport climbing routes and boulders offer something for beginner and experienced climbers alike, both in the sun and shade. The real protagonist here is the volcano: you can climb on amazing volcanic rock, chill on golden volcanic beaches, hike through stunning volcanic landscapes. You can even dive off volcanic cliffs into the sea! You will spend 5 days in Arico, the epicenter of rock climbing in Tenerife. Two of these days will be full-on climbing days, where you will get the chance to explore some of Tenerife's best crags with a local certified guide. You'll also spend an 'active' rest day hiking, deep water soloing or surfing, so you can get to know the island in all its glory!

Tenerife is the ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts, with spots to practice diving, windsurfing, paragliding, mountain biking, climbing - you name it!
In terms of rock climbing potential, Tenerife's characteristic volcanic basalt has been molded into some incredible shapes, meaning that each crag boasts something totally unique. You'll mostly find single-pitch sport climbing and bouldering, but there are plenty of routes for all tastes and abilities, from welcoming slabs to powerful overhangs. There's even some incredible deep water soloing when the conditions are right!

No minimum level is required for this trip. Tenerife boasts routes suitable for all abilities, and the crags visited will be chosen according to the level and preferences of the group.
