Cata & Gio welcome you to this jewel of a B&B lost in the wild Sicilian hills.
A renovated stone farmhouse from the early 1900s, the B&B Polvere di Stelle was opened with the aim of promoting Western Sicily's countless beauties from both a sports and naturalistic point of view. The B&B boasts a cozy common area, four rooms with private bathrooms, homemade breakfasts, a barbecue, wood-fired hot-tub, and - of course - its very own outdoor bouldering wall!
Western Sicily is the perfect destination for a climbing holiday, with world-class crags, high-quality rock, great food and beautiful sea views. From bouldering to sport-climbing, DWS to multi-pitches, everything is just a few minutes' drive away.

Davide Cata, climber, bolter, developer and co-founder of Polvere di Stelle
Cata
Cata is a boulderer from Northern Italy, who in 2016 decided to leave it all, move to Sicily, set up a Climbing House, and clean more than 200 boulders of the area. When he's not managing the B&B or out with customers at the crag, he dedicates a lot of his time to developing the area's climbing potential.
Gio - strong climber and co-founder of Polvere di Stelle
Gio
Gio is the soul of Polvere di Stelle: she the energy of a tornado, she is into many social causes (e.g. rescuing dogs), and enjoys spending time in nature and connecting with people from all different cultures. Prior to moving to Sicily, she worked in her family's patisserie and bakes the best cakes you have probably ever tried!
Dogs & Cats
The B&B is home to a big family of rescue dogs and cats! The dogs live on their own side of the garden - but are very friendly and waiting to meet you (if you want). The cats are equally lovely, but tend to do their own thing :)
