Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Salt Lake City!

Arrive at Salt Lake City International Airport, where we greet you and drive you to your hotel. In the evening, meet your guides for a safety briefing and introduction to the exciting days ahead. Over the next 5 days, explore the untouched powder of the Wasatch Mountains, known for some of the best ski touring in Utah. After each day's adventure, return to your hotel, located near fine dining options or budget-friendly restaurants.

Day 2: Lift-Assisted Off-Piste and Out-of-Bounds Skiing

Kick off your ski touring adventure in Utah with multiple lift rides, combined with off-piste and out-of-bounds skiing at one of our top ski resorts. Day 1 is focused on assessing your skills to ensure you’re in the right group, with minimal climbing. This introduction to the Wasatch terrain sets the stage for the rest of the trip.

Day 3: Lift-Assisted Backcountry Ski Touring

Take a single lift ride to access the backcountry. Depending on the weather and snow conditions, we choose the best resort for an unforgettable backcountry ski tour. After driving to the resort and obtaining your lift tickets, we take the lift and enter the backcountry. Enjoy a lunch break either on the trail or at a resort lodge, depending on the group's pace and the weather. Please bring your own lunch.

Day 4: Full-Day Bi-Canyon Backcountry Tour

Experience a full-day backcountry ski tour from Little Cottonwood Canyon to Big Cottonwood Canyon. Traverse the majestic Wasatch Mountains, enjoying a range of terrains and spectacular views. This day offers a true backcountry challenge for those looking to push their limits.

Day 5: More Lift-Assisted Backcountry Skiing

Return to a single lift ride and another lift-assisted backcountry ski tour. We again choose the optimal resort based on current conditions. After a drive to the resort, we get our lift tickets and head into the backcountry. Be prepared with a packed lunch, as we may dine on the mountain or at a lodge.

Day 6: Final Lift-Assisted Backcountry Adventure

On your final full day, enjoy another lift-assisted backcountry ski tour. Similar to previous days, we select the best resort to match the conditions. Expect a mix of challenging climbs and thrilling descents as you explore the Wasatch backcountry. Lunch will be either on the trail or at a resort lodge—remember to bring your own food.

Day 7: Departure Day

We provide transportation from your hotel back to Salt Lake City International Airport. We hope you have a safe flight home after an unforgettable guided ski touring experience in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah!
