Itinerary

We kick off our freeride skiing trip in France by gathering at Briançon train station or the Lodge in Cervières around 8.30 am in the morning. After meeting with our guide, the adventure begins. Our first day is all about warming up with ski itineraries in Sestriere, where the guide will assess everyone's skiing level. We’ll also review the use of safety equipment and skins, particularly for those who are new to them. At the end of the day, we transfer to our accommodation.
Serre Chevalier offers limitless freeride skiing options. This immense ski area has something for everyone, from forests to hidden couloirs and vast slopes. You can ski here until you're completely satisfied! After a day of thrilling skiing, we unwind at the Grands Bains of Le Monêtier, perfect for relaxing after a full day of freeride adventure.
On Day 3, we head to the Queyras for some serious freeride skiing. Areas like Abriès, Ceillac, and Molines are known for their deep powder, often rivaling Japan’s snowfalls. This is a true powder paradise, where fat skis are a must, and you might even want a snorkel!
Puy Saint Vincent and Pelvoux are our go-to spots for reliable runs during any whiteout. These areas are our favorites for finding untouched slopes, forest runs, and thrilling terrain. Freeride skiing here is always rewarding, making it a key part of our freeride trip in France.
Experience legendary freeride skiing at La Grave, known for its off-piste routes on glaciers and challenging couloirs beneath La Meije. This day is packed with major itineraries and some of the most rewarding skiing of the entire trip, perfect for those seeking a freeride skiing trip in La Grave.
We wrap up our adventure at Montgenèvre, a medium-sized ski area on the French-Italian border that offers memorable off-piste runs. We'll also enjoy a leisurely lunch in Italy, making this the perfect end to our freeride skiing trip between France and Italy. By late afternoon, we return to Oulx and Briançon, marking the end of this exhilarating freeride skiing experience.
