Join us on this stunning trek through the Dolomites to discover the Catinaccio massif, the Vajolet Towers, and Antermoia with its breathtaking alpine lake. We will set off from mid-Val di Fassa to reach the splendid Vajolet valley and Pian Gardeccia, where the sunset transforms the landscape into a spectacle as the warm hues of the enrosadira — the legendary Dolomite alpenglow — take hold. The following day, we will head higher to climb toward Passo Principe. Here, we’ll stand in the presence of the sheer walls of Catinaccio d'Antermoia, enjoying an exceptional view over the valley. Then, it will be time for the descent toward Antermoia, crossing rocky terrain and perennial snowfields until we reach the shores of the magnificent lake, nestled at the foot of vertical Dolomite faces. Here, too, we will savor the magic of the enrosadira at dusk. Our journey concludes with a long but serene, bucolic descent through the lush green meadows of Val Duron, with the iconic peaks of the Dolomites as our constant companion. This is a moderate-level trek; certain sections require sure-footedness, especially if snow is still present. However, the effort and a touch of stamina will be richly rewarded by the incomparable beauty of the Dolomites.
