Trekking through the Everest region presents an unparalleled opportunity to behold awe-inspiring mountain vistas while immersing oneself in the extraordinary world of the Sherpas, renowned for their association with high-altitude mountaineering. This expedition also affords the chance to engage in sightseeing within the confines of the Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its rich biodiversity and alpine ecosystems. Moreover, it facilitates a close encounter with the loftiest Buddhist monastic establishments globally. The pinnacle of this journey, however, is undoubtedly the voyage to Everest Base Camp itself, retracing the historic footsteps of Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, culminating in the remarkable proximity to the formidable Mount Everest, an experience without parallel.

Had an amazing Everest Base Camp trek! Our main guide, Kush, was fantastic, super knowledgeable and kept everything running smoothly. It’s not an easy journey to get there, but that’s the point, to be challenged - the whole team was professional, friendly, (and hilarious) and got us safely to the camp and back. The whole experience was mind blowing and life changing - I will never forget it. Highly recommend!
The trek was incredibly beautiful and our team lead by Kush kept our spirits high the entire time. From the first day they made sure our bags got to our accommodations before we did and that anything anyone from the crew needed like water, first aid, medications, etc. it was provided with speed. Thank you to Kush, the guides, and the supporting staff for an incredible experience up to Everest basecamp!
From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, but what truly made this trip special was the people. The team on the ground was absolutely amazing—supportive, professional, and always positive, even on the tougher days. A huge shoutout to Kush, who was simply incredible throughout the entire journey. His leadership, kindness, knowledge of the mountains, and constant encouragement made a massive difference. You could truly feel how much he cares about every single person in the group. I couldn’t recommend Freedom Adventure more for anyone dreaming of experiencing the Himalayas in the best possible way!
A once in a lifetime adventure!! I have to give my gratitude towards the freedom adventures team that made this happen. They went above and beyond my expectations from both the guides and our porters. Our main guide Kush was funny, knowledgeable and very confident in guiding us through all obstacles. He is a true professional and incredibly attentive. Kush has a deep and personal knowledge with the mountains, local culture and daily life in the khumbu region. Tashi, Nabin, and Asman really made our experience special. They helped us each morning and night to prepare, or any time we needed it (which was a lot) and they truly exceeded my expectations. Beyond being excellent guides, they were wonderful and inspiring humans. Overall, this was an unforgettable trip all made possible by an amazing team. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you!!
Spent the end of November/start of December doing the EBC trek with Kush and his incredible team of assistant guides and support staff. Could not have asked for a better experience!
