Itinerary

Day 1 - Samaria Gorge Expedition

We meet in Chania Town's main market square at 7:00 am. We venture to the Omalos Plateau to embark on a trek through the legendary Samaria Gorge, Europe's renowned natural wonder. Spanning 16 km, our path weaves through this majestic gorge, concluding with a refreshing swim and seaside dinner.

Day 2 - The White Mountains Traverse

After nourishing ourselves with breakfast, our trail picks up along the coastline, edged by pine forests. Post-lunch, our ascent begins up the southern mountain face, leading to the secluded St. John village, our quaint retreat.

Day 3 - From Anopolis Village to Loutro Bay

Anopolis village sets the stage for today's adventure, guiding us along a coastal path to the serene Livaniana settlement. Our journey reveals the hidden Marble Beach, inviting a pause for a swim in its crystalline waters before we press on to Loutro.

Day 4 - Seaside Path to Sfakia

Tracing the coast, we encounter the enchanting Sweet Waters beach, making our way to the historically rich Sfakia village. Here, amidst tales of WW2, we unwind before our return to Chania, marking the close of our memorable Cretan trek.
