Itinerary

Our journey kicks off in Pravieux, Valsavarenche, AO, at 2.30 pm, starting with an equipment check and briefing. The trek to Chabod Hut (2,710 m) meanders through lush woods, promising breathtaking views and an easy path. The 2.5-hour hike culminates at our first refuge, setting the stage for our Mont Blanc hiking tour. An evening briefing on equipment and trail etiquette prepares us for the ascent. Enjoy dinner and rest at the Chabod Hut, dreaming of the heights we'll achieve. Altitude Gain: 900m | Hike Duration: 2/3 hours
An early start at 3.00 am fuels our climb from Chabod Hut via the Normal Route to the summit of Gran Paradiso. The "Donkey Shoulder" offers a scenic break, while the final stretch demands skill with crampons over steep ice. Reaching the summit reveals a panoramic view of the Alps, anchored by the Virgin Mary statue at 4,061m. We descend to the hut for a relaxing evening, focusing on acclimatization and recovery. Dinner and another night above 2,500m prepare us for the days ahead. Altitude Change: +1300m | Hike Duration: 10/11 hours
Post-breakfast, we descend to Pont Valsavarenche. Today offers flexibility: a hike to Vittorio Emanuele Hut, rock training near Pont, or rest in Valsavarenche Valley. This day is tailored to rejuvenation, with an overnight stay in a cozy B&B in Pont Valsavarenche, Introd, Saint Pierre, or Aosta. Altitude Change: -900m | Descent: 2 hours
After breakfast and a brief, we head to Chamonix-Les Houches, the gateway to Mont Blanc. A cable car from Les Houches to Bellevue and a hike lead us to Tete Rousse Hut for dinner and overnight, setting the stage for our ascent. Altitude Gain: 1450m | Ascent: 3/4 hours
A pre-dawn starts from Tête Rousse Hut and crosses the Grand Couloir safely to Goûter Hut. We then tackle the glacial plateau to Dôme du Goûter and ascend Vallot Hut. The Bosses Ridge finally unveils Mont Blanc's summit at 4,810m. The return to Goûter Hut caps a day of achievement with dinner and rest. Altitude Change: +1650m | Hike Duration: 11/12 hours
An early descent to Tête Rousse for breakfast precedes our trek back to Les Houches. Celebratory lunch and beer with our guide conclude the tour. Guests are advised to overnight in Chamonix, ensuring a smooth departure the next day. Altitude Change: -2050m | Descent: 5 hours
