I did a Mallorca sport climbing and deep water soloing trip with Mapo Tapo with a full group of 8 people, including myself, and overall we had an amazing experience! I especially loved the guides from Rock & Water that Mapo Tapo works with — Berto, Marco, and Rafa. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe while also making sure everyone could maximize their climbing time each day. We spent two days sport climbing with Berto, and he was amazing at making sure everyone got on plenty of climbs despite the varying sport climbing experience within our group. Marco and Rafa guided our Deep Water Solo days and were incredibly encouraging and safety-conscious. One of my friends does not know how to swim, and they went out of their way to make sure he felt safe and was still able to experience DWS with the group. The itinerary was also planned really well. We had a good balance of climbing and some free time to explore Mallorca on our own. Communication throughout the trip was great, including where and when to meet each day and transportation to and from the airport. I really appreciated the consistent communication from the Mapo Tapo team before and during the trip. My one piece of feedback would be regarding the accommodation. The hostel was disclosed beforehand, so we knew where we would be staying, but our group of 8 was split between two rooms instead of being able to stay together. Since most of us were already friends traveling together, that was a little disappointing. The rooms we were given were also quite cramped compared with the larger rooms shown online, so the overall comfort level was lower than we expected. The hostel breakfast was good, though! Overall, the climbing experience, guides, itinerary, and communication were all fantastic. My friends and I had an absolute blast in Mallorca, and I would definitely recommend booking a climbing trip with Mapo Tapo!

An unforgettable climbing trip with my friends! And huge thanks to our guides Berto, Rafa, and Marco for leading us through Mapo Tapo's carefully procured program that tested everyone's comfort and skill level before the bigger challenges. We started on easy routes, worked up to the walls, and finished with deep water climbing, where the ocean became our crash pad. Sore forearms, minor battle scrapes for souvenirs, salty hair, zero regrets and left with a thirst for more!

Had such a great time in Mallorca! Setting was wonderful, the guides from Rock and Water - Eva and Berto - were upbeat, knowledgable, and really encouraging, and the hostel was nice and clean with a good breakfast. Everything went smoothly and communication was easy and efficient. Loved it!!

A wonderful experience! The guides were skilled and friendly, the crags were beautiful and very scenic, and the group was fantastic. Everything felt perfectly organized. Special mention also for the hostel, which was very nice as well.

The trip was extremely well organised. The pick ups and drop ups to and from the airport were well coordinated. The accommodation was lovely and the guide was exceptional. The climbing was absolutely fantastic, particularly the deep water solo. I’ll definitely be booking another trip soon!
