Itinerary

Day 1 - Welcome to Cuenca!

Join us at the designated meeting point before 6 PM to connect with your fellow climbers and guides. Gear check and distribution will ensure everyone is fully equipped and comfortable with safe usage. An introduction of the itinerary and goals will follow, with a flexible approach that adapts to each participant's skill level, experience, and individual objectives. The day concludes with a group dinner and relaxation, setting the stage for an exciting and truly tailored climbing adventure.

Day 2 - Climbing Essentials and Practice

The day kicks off with an in-depth look at choosing the right climbing gear and managing outdoor risks. You'll practice key belaying techniques, such as lead belaying and dynamic fall catching, followed by hands-on training in setting up top-ropes and cleaning anchors. After lunch, the focus shifts to lead climbing strategies and communication skills. The day wraps up with a recap of the skills learned and an opportunity to unwind and connect with the group in the evening.

Day 3 - Movement and Technique Day

Start the morning with a warm-up and stretching session, followed by drills to improve movement efficiency, balance, and footwork confidence. Learn specialized techniques like side-stepping, drop knee, and flagging. After lunch, discuss how to apply these skills to tackle more challenging routes. The afternoon focuses on refining movement techniques on the rock, ending the day with a stretching session and a well-deserved dinner.

Day 4 - Advancing Lead Climbing Skills

The morning session focuses on progressing in lead climbing, with redpoint and on-sight attempts, alongside personalized coaching to overcome mental challenges and push your limits. After lunch, take time for individual coaching or rest. The afternoon is dedicated to practicing lead climbing techniques on different routes, followed by feedback and a progress review. The day concludes with a relaxing evening to unwind.

Day 5 - Climbing Challenges

Enjoy a full-day adventure at one of Europe’s top climbing spots, offering fresh challenges and a change of scenery. Experience guided climbs on diverse routes, putting your skills into practice. Take a break with a picnic lunch at the crag, with time to relax and soak in the surroundings. Return to basecamp in the evening for an optional session of stretching, followed by dinner and a recap of the day's achievements.

Day 6 - Personalized Coaching Day

A morning warm-up followed by a review of climbing goals and challenges. Individual coaching sessions tailored to specific needs and skill development. Video analysis for detailed, personalized feedback. A lunch break, then further climbing practice with a focus on applying insights from coaching. The day concludes with a group dinner and reflections on progress.

Day 7 - Adventure Day & Farewell Celebration

A thrilling day at a new crag or a return to a favorite location for one last climbing challenge. Tackle exciting routes with guidance and encouragement from instructors and peers. Midday picnic at the crag to celebrate personal progress and team achievements. Back at basecamp, the day ends with a farewell dinner and an opportunity to share the most memorable and enjoyable moments of the trip.

Day 8 - Time to Say Goodbye!

Enjoy a final breakfast together, sharing memories and exchanging contacts before saying goodbye. As the adventure comes to an end, take home unforgettable experiences, lasting friendships, and the confidence to continue your climbing journey. Safe travels!
