What you'll do

Stunning walls with varied climbing: holes, notches and tubes, on a very special limestone will be your gym outdoors. The Rock Master experience will end on Sunday morning, after a delicious breakfast at our basecamp in Camaiore.During the Rock Master trip, you will spend 2 full days training on the outdoor sport crags around the Camaiore, try the pro-elastic method and other innovative rock climbing training drills during an outdoor technique workshop, and eat, sleep and chill in a beautiful B&B nestled in the Tuscan hills.

Itinerary

Arriving at the hostel around 9AM, meet you fellow climbers and the Prorock Outdoor guide. who after a short briefing will hand over your personal equipment, in case if you have requested it. The outdoor climbing workshop will be an excellent opportunity to test the Pro Elastic Rock method and improve your movement technique! Then, you can choose a route that is challenging for you and start to work on it. Objective: to complete it by the end of the trip!
Saturday's all about conquering that challenging route and - once done - choose another one. Our local partners will coach and cheer you until you make it to the top!
The weekend has been lit, you learnt a lot and it is already time to go back home, but only after a last delicious breakfast! You can still decide to stay in the area, either for another day of climbing, putting to good use the experiences learnt, or to visit the surrounding area: the beaches of Versilia, the surrounding art cities, the Cinque Terre and much more.

Ostello di Camaiore

Ostello of Camaiore is located at the Badia della Pietà in Camaiore. It has been carved out of the halls of St. Peter's Abbey and has 24 places in rooms of 4, 6, 8 beds. It is all set to welcome wayfarers heading to or returning from Rome along the ancient Via Francigena and all those who like to stay in a cozy and inexpensive facility that enhances the territory in which it is set.

Cristiano is an Alpine Guide UIAGM since 2000, in more than thirty-five years of climbing he has tackled all the terrains of mountaineering, throughout the Alps. In 2013 he was in Nepal for the first time, participating in an expedition to Manaslu, one of the 14 eight-thousanders on Earth.
