Your days will flow naturally between professional surf coaching tailored to your level and spontaneous island exploration. When you aren't catching waves in the crystal-clear Atlantic, you’ll be road-tripping to remote beaches, watching the sun sink behind ancient volcanoes, and sharing stories over local dinners with a global community of travelers. Whether you are stepping onto a board for the first time or looking to refine your style in a world-class destination, Fuerteventura offers the perfect backdrop. Itinerary

Touchdown in Fuerteventura, Corralejo. A short 20-minute transfer will take you to Casa SurfWeek, where you can check in from 3 PM. The first permanent SurfWeek home, a two-floor independent villa in El Roque with a 1,000 m² garden, jacuzzi, and BBQ. El Roque sits at the northwest tip of Fuerteventura, 2 minutes from the west coast breaks and 15 minutes from the north and east. Aperitivo at a local spot, welcome dinner at Casa SurfWeek, and first look at the ocean.
Wake up to the sound of the Atlantic and dive straight into your first surf session. After catching your morning waves, we’ll refuel with lunch at the surfhouse before hitting the road. We’ll traverse the rugged North Shore, where volcanic landscapes meet the raw power of the ocean. Experience the island’s wilder side as we scout hidden viewpoints and watch the sun dip below the horizon from the cliffs. We'll end the day sharing stories over a home-cooked dinner.
Dive back into the Atlantic for your second surf lesson, polishing your technique before a relaxed lunch at the surfhouse. In the afternoon, we’ll trade the waves for the volcanic lunar landscapes of northern Fuerteventura. We’ll hike to the rim of Calderon Hondo, an extinct crater offering breathtaking 360° views over the rugged coastline and ancient lava fields. Choose your own ritual to end the day: a soulful yoga session on the summit, a free surf as the light turns golden, or local flavors back at El Roque.
Dial in your technique with an immersive day of training. After a focused morning lesson, head back to the water for a long free surf session to find your rhythm in the Atlantic swell. As the sun begins to dip, we swap boards for surfskates. This land-based workout is a game-changer for your progression, refining your pop-up and rail-to-rail movement. We’ll wrap up the day with a golden sunset on the beach and a shared dinner at the surfhouse.
No surf lesson today. Trade the salt spray for the rugged soul of the island. Today, we journey into Fuerteventura’s interior—a Martian landscape of ancient volcanic peaks and quiet goat farms. Wander through the cobbled streets of Betancuria, the island’s first capital, before enjoying a traditional lunch in the coastal hamlet of Puertito de Los Molinos. As the sun begins to dip, we’ll gather at Las Bohemias del Amor, a hidden local sanctuary, to watch the sky catch fire over the Atlantic. We end the day back at the surfhouse for a relaxed dinner under the stars.
Ride the morning swell for your fourth lesson before sharing a slow lunch at the surfhouse. In the afternoon, we head to the rugged west coast to marvel at the dramatic cliffs and honor the sea with our traditional Surfweek beach clean-up. As the sun begins to dip, enjoy a free surf session at Esquinzo, soaking in the golden hour from the lineup. We’ll toast to the week’s progress over an authentic Canarian dinner at a local favorite.
Seal your progress with a final morning session in the waves, followed by a professional video analysis to refine your style and celebrate your growth. Refuel with a celebratory BBQ by the jacuzzi at Casa SW before heading to the sweeping white sands of the Corralejo Dunes. Here, you'll trade the ocean for the desert, trying your hand at sandboarding as the sun dips below the horizon. We’ll toast to an unforgettable week with a final family dinner at the surfhouse, sharing stories under the starlit Fuerteventura sky.
Savor one last breakfast before checking out and heading to Corralejo. You leave El Roque by 10 AM with the rhythm of five surf sessions in your body and the golden soul of the island etched in your memory. It’s not a goodbye, just a "see you at the next swell."
